I cannot begin to tell you how often I am asked for remedies to help others lose weight. So often, the weight is a window into a much bigger perspective of a life that has become out of balance.

Proper nutrition is a lifestyle of nourishing both the body and the mind in order to feel the way we want and to see ourselves in a light that has no judgement. Many people flock to fad diets and labels in the hopes of either getting slim quick and  with little effort or justifying their current physical condition to keep them in the same unbalanced state they are currently.

Despite the world wide web and access to information that we have, people are still being sold fad diets and gimmicks that are not sustainable for any duration besides the fact that most are not healthy and long term results are not part of the equation.

With the onslaught of social media and photography filters, people rarely post an undoctored picture of themselves which leads to the belief that they are somehow unhappy with how they are going to be perceived.

Whether you think yourself too heavy, too skinny, or can’t get the muscle gain you would like, it all start with the way in which you feed yourself and your soul.


Nutrition, like a pair of shoes, is not one size fits all.

A vegetarian lifestyle, while when accessed properly is healthy, but to someone that is not personally or culturally attuned to this lifestyle will not be able to sustain it for any length of time without strict adherence and deprivation. Regardless of how you are currently eating, your nutrition profile is one that actually works for you and is easily measured by your level of energy, overall health, and you emotional happiness with your physical appearance.

You may want to quit eating meat and become a vegetarian, try paleo, keto,or even raw-vegan to name just a few; but the way you eat needs to compliment your lifestyle as well as your skillset in meal preparation. By the way, you don’t have to shop at an upscale food market or spend a fortune to find your specific lifestyle of good health and nutrition that works for you, your body, and that of your family’s (if applicable).

I am skilled and trained in the lifestyle of nutrition including most of the major dietary theories that can easily be adapted and incorporated in your daily life. I have developed tried and true techniques to manage sugar cravings, to boost metabolism, and understand the detective work necessary in reading food labels. I don’t believe in a diet that involves deprivation, nor do I necessarily subscribe to the methods involving drastically cutting calories. Food should be enjoyed and preparing your food with a particular mindset of  health from the inside out should be equally enjoyable.

You will learn to make gradual, lifelong changes with relative ease without excluding flavor, dwelling on calories, carbs, fats, or calculating carb to protein ratios. You will create a happy, healthy way of feeding your body, mind, and spirit in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial, and steers clear of difficult foods to find in your local supermarket and recipes that are not in alignment with your skill level.

Boredom and lack of understanding is often the biggest obstacle to developing a lifestyle and manner of feeding you body for the long haul.



Health Coaching, with nutrition support is different from traditional methods; in that it works to map out the steps required to make healthy changes that are both successful and lasting.

You will receive and individualized assessment and reassessment as time progresses, guidance, and support  based on your unique goals, schedule, and health concerns. In addition, you will quickly discover (in many cases), the attributing causes of your primary wellness concerns, often unearthing hidden factors in other areas of the your life that is continually holding you back from living in a manner that is vibrant, energetic and clear minded.

The things you put in your body is often directly connected to low energy, chronic allergies and respiratory difficulties, depressive symptoms, migraines,” brain fog” and overall malaise to give just a handful of examples.


A Health Coach focuses on you, your lifestyle needs, and your personal health so the guesswork is eliminated.

People change when they are sick and tired of being sick and tired. Rarely does one see the direct correlation between nutrition and overall health as well as how things work specific to their personal bodily needs. Each monthly session is an hour to get the individualized attention of a trained professional that will educate, motivate and empower you. Your supportive environment of healthy lifestyle choices will enable you to achieve all that you set out to in the initial assessment.
